Our Services

Quicklyster provides the following services:

Customer communication management (chat, email, phone, SMS)
Automated retention workflows and churn prevention
24/7 live support agent coverage
AI-powered quality assurance and analytics

Payment Terms

Billing

Payment terms are outlined at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the same date each month.

Late Payments

Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We will provide 7 days notice before suspending services for non-payment.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused services, subject to our refund policy.

Service Level

Uptime Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% uptime but services are provided "as is" with best-efforts guarantees.

Support Response

We aim to respond to support requests within 30 seconds during business hours.

Data Backup

We maintain regular backups of your data but recommend you also maintain your own backups.

Service Updates

We may update our services with advance notice when possible, but reserve the right to make emergency changes.

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee perfect service availability or performance at all times.

Indirect Damages

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
